This aircraft was purchased from TOA Domestic Airlines in February 1981. It was one of more than 20 YS-11s used by Mid Pacific Air for passengers or freight through the 80's. In 1985 this YS-11 was then converted to a cargo arrangement, In the early 90's it was withdrawn from use in Oakland and then Broken Up.
