Boeing XB-47 Stratojet, GE J47 Turbojet Engine, Octave Chanute AFB
- This is the only XB-47 that still survives today. It was one of two produced at the Boeing plant in Seattle in 1947. The B-47 never dropped a bomb in combat and was retired from the USAF in the mid 1960's.
