Southeastern Lubber Grasshopper, (Romalea guttata), Romaleidae
- This Grasshoper can be found and also is native to the south central and southeastern portion of the United States. The states they can be found in are: Alabama, Mississippi, Georgia, Florida, Louisiana, and South Carolina. It is the most distinctive grasshopper species within the southeastern United States, and is well known both for its size and its unique coloration. It can grow to be nearly 8 cm (3 inches) in size.
