On July 4, 1966 this aircraft was one of seven ordered for the RCAFand in 1967 was delivered to No. 412 Squadron at RCAF Station Uplands, Ontario Canada. It was then renumbered as 117507 on May 26, 1970. It was later converted to ECM training and on November 15, 1989 it was struck off charge. It was subsequently sold to Flight Refuelling in the UK, and was given the tail designation G-FRAW.
