This structure was created by the same architects for the Chinese Theater in Hollywood. This building was briefly (from 1927 to 1932) the tallest in Los Angeles until the Los Angeles City Hall tower was built in 1932. This structure was formerly named Hollywood First National Bank and Security Pacific Bank Building.
