Accident report:
This aircraft crashed after it collided over Lake Constance Germany with a Bashkirian Tu-154M (RA-85816). 2 crew died. Flight 611 from Bergamo to Brussels struck the underbelly of the TU154 after TCAS warned of conflicting traffic and issued a descend instruction to FL350 from present FL360 which the crew followed. Tu154 followed ATC instruction to also descend which conflicted with its TCAS. Both planes went down at 23:36LT near Uberlingen, Germany.
