Title:: Great Lakes Steamer Keewatin, bow, Saugatuck, Douglas, Michigan; Keewatin, a magnificent and towering Great Lakes passenger ship, was commissioned by the Canadian Pacific Railway. It was built in Scotland and steamed over to the Great Lakes USA in 1907. For over 50 years it connected the Georgian Bay and upper Lake Superior railheads serving as a railway link. It is the last of the Classic Great Lakes Passenger Steamships still afloat.
