Boeing 707, 1968, corner of Willow and Curtis streets in Point Loma, Loma Portal, 1960s
- in the late 60s these planes would fly right over our house in Point Loma - these aircraft would leave their vortex behing which we would call the afterwinds.
These afterwinds would entail a nasty whiplike wind that would haunt and expel a frothy energy of noise. It would be the ground work of many a fascinating night mare.
